Did a good job considering we only met her once & we lived in texas & she worked in New Hampshire finding a house

Johnathan was assigned to us through VU. He saw us through to the end. However, communication was not always great, and we were never sure information was shared to the owners/listing agent of the house we purchased. Steps in the process which were supposed to be handled by Johnathan were handled by our loan officer when we didn't always get the response needed for inspections, closing, etc.

My agent was not really present during my experience but the mission was accomplished.

Our real estate agent Shannon Brenneman was horrible. She had to constantly be reminded to do things for us or schedule things or turn in documents. On multiple occasions she said she couldn’t meet us for walk throughs only to find out she went to the beach with her kids (her Facebook is public and she posted pictures of her and her kids at the beach). I would not recommend her at all. And I would encourage veterans united to remove her from their suggested real estate agent list.

There probably isn't enough storage on here to describe Mrs. Alayna DeFalco.. from the beginning she went totally above and beyond her call of duty.. She exceeded my expectations.. She walked with me through this Entire process; down to my closing. She is the reason I have the house of my dreams.. Thank You Alayna!!! She found this home for me and she was absolutely right about it being the perfect home for me. If you want the house of your dreams talk to Alayna DeFalco 💯

Deborah Cavaliere is a problem solver who communicates sound-related insight. A real estate business professional who I trust. Based on an understanding at the start that she would find a house for me despite current VA Loan market challenges. She wouldn't give up despite easily continued disappointment with the listings. But, she found the best place for me with several unexpected welcomed features, including an above-market appraisal. I appreciate her. Thank you.

We can not say enough about Erin Booker. She spent so many weekends and evenings with us over a 5-month period of time. At one point I felt so bad about her driving around this big city, that we gifted her some gas money as a thank you. Erin is just truly down-to-earth, honest, and hard-working. She was very hands-on and invested in our search. She has become someone that we consider a friend, and we look forward to inviting her over for a cookout in the near future.

Roger Armbrister is a true professional, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. If you ever need to buy a home, you can not do better than Roger. He worked for me tirelessly, all the things I needed to do But couldn’t because of distance, Roger stepped up
And completed the tasks for me. I needed a lot of handing and he provided it in spades. Could not have completed this without Roger.

Tom was always available to show houses whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening and he worked around our schedule. If I had any questions about the "process" of the buying experience he was quick to give his take on when and how things should work.

Ron made sure that he understood what I was looking for and helped me to find it. My experience with him felt more like a friend helping more than a real estate agent helping. I would gladly recommend him to my friends or co-workers who is looking to buy a house.

Chris was there for me all the time. He was responsive with phone calls and really worked with me through the closing process because I made a mistake and did a bank transfer too late in the day. It wasn't ready for me when I went in to close.

My Agent Patrick was awesome. He was there the whole way. No matter what time of day. If I needed him, I could call or he'll show up. I would definitely keep Patrick as my realtor for future planning.
