Yvonda was friendly, and when face to face she came across knowledgeable and willing to ensure everything went smoothly. But then she wouldn't communicate or took forever to answer questions and seemed confused about what step of the process we were own. She was helpful and we appreciate the work put in, but feel she's lacking in organizational skills.

Had to wait 3 hour for my keys at closing. No thorough walk thru, communication was not the best the process was very inconvenient and stressful

Daniel showed us house after house. He showed my husband and I, 6 different houses. 303 Finn St was the 5th and I fell in love with it immediately! But I didn’t think we could get it so he showed us another house after just in case. By the Grace of God, we were able to get 303 Finn St.!!!!!
It takes a special person to have the patience to deal with people that aren’t used to buying homes. Daniel has tons of patience and he too answered our every question with texts, phone calls and emails. He’s the best!!!!!

My agent is a GOAT in selling homes. I don't think anyone else can out sell her...she had the answers to my questions before I could get them out of my head or mouth. And her assistant is following in her footsteps to be a TOP seller as well. When I walked in the home 1st time she stated, "this is YOUR house" Well 45 days later...I have that HOME!

Chris Spears was very patient and attentive with the whole house hunting experience. His ability to draw up numerous proposals for the prospective properties were spot on. Again he was very informative through the whole first time homebuyer process for me and my wife.

Dave was exceptional in every way, and throughout the process. He went the extra step of hiring a lawn mowing service to put final touches on the yard after the seller left a less than ideal final product. Highly recommend Dave.
