Need to communicate with these realtors before pairing them to insure they are not over loaded with other clients. I had to request a new realtor because of this. Sinai did a great job given she had so many clients. I’m the future I would make sure that your team communicates with these realtors to insure they are not overloaded and they can give the Veterans the proper time and attention while going through this process.

Tanja Cady was a true god send. She was helpful and extreme knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and gave her professional opinion to give us a better understanding how the process works from the earnest money to the actually closing. She answered all of our questions so we had a better understanding of how this process works. I would highly recommend her and would call her if we ever plan to sell and buy another home.
