What can I say about Mr. Pircalabu? What a great guy. I knew ZILCH about home purchasing. He was professional, friendly, UBER patient with me, answered all my questions, and gave me great advise. I don't think I would be sitting in my new home right now, if it wasn't for Mr. Pircalabu. I truly, appreciate, all he did for me. I hope I'll be able to work with him again!

Our real estate agent is second-to-none. Esther is very knowledgeable and truly represented us well, looking out for our best interest. This transaction was filled with issues with the seller and she helped to navigate through them, to get us to closing. Esther and Ryan are terrific professionals, but quickly became like family to us.

Our buying agent, Debbie Frank was great highly recommended and she is the 10. Our selling agent, Julie Richardson was average at best, she did the minimum required of an agent, she really didn't give advice and her communication was ok. I would give her a 5 or 6 out of 10. Her commission was really high as well (4%).

Stephanie was the backbone of this sale and the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Regardless of the time, I could text her with questions and concerns and she promptly responded. Stephanie was there from the first showing until closing.
