I saw Norman Smith more often than I have seen many family members. He was always there for me. 24/7. He did not turn down any requests and I know, being a first time home buyer, that I drove him crazy! Norman taught me a lot and I valued his opinions because I know he had my best interest in mind. Kendrick Eady is the best. The man goes out of his way to help you find the house your looking for. He is active as your agent at all hours of the night. He’s more of a helpful friend than a real estate agent. Kendrick was there for me AFTER I bought the property and has a major plumbing flood.
