Again, Very nice guy but, I would never recommend buying from or with him again, The house was an absolute wreck and now I see he only wanted money from me. I have had to spend well over $3,000 dollars on repairs and haven’t even been in the home a month. As I should have known when the real estate agent was the recommended for the inspection team and all. I don’t even believe and inspection took place now as it came back with zero repairs and day one when I moved in it was a host of repairs needed! Do not recommend!

The real estate agent on the Rio Rancho side was great. His name is Daniel Ortiz, he is very responsive and helpful. Keep him on your books.On the OFallon Illinois side, Sandy Montgomery was the WORST realtor I have ever dealt with. I was highly disappointed with her services as she could not explain everything regarding questions I would ask. I would not get her to pick up dog waste at the local shelter.

Tad Reynolds did a great job. Although I know he was busy, he was always available to me, and cleared up a lot of things I just did not understand. I felt like I had the dream team most of the time and I can not relate to any negative experience. Although there were some misunderstandings, it was on my part, and I truly appreciate his help, availability, and patience.

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Peri! Initially I was worried about buying a home alone, but Peri made the whole process so easy.
