Alex was very friendly and was quick to help out when he could. I appreciate his experience and knowledge of the real estate market. It was my first time working with a real estate agent and it was definitely a positive experience over all.

This is a mixed one as far as the realtor that helped us find our new home. Ms. Williams did not show up to our final closing meeting, to which she had to leave our new house key hidden in an outdoor power outlet for our arrival. Additionally, the home was FILTHY upon our arrival and the prior owners left numerous personal items and two full trash bins. I get that the realtor isn't expected to clean the house, but she could've worked with the selling agent to ensure the prior owners cleaned as such. Lastly, there was no welcome package for us upon arrival (something a previous realtor (Ms. Sheila Whitley) did for us in the past). It's the little things that matter, especially when we had to shell out $495 for her services last minute. 5/10As far as the realtor that's helping us sell our current home, Mr. Adam Noe is a fantastic realtor! He's clear, concise, and communicates effectively and honestly. He's made the process of selling our house easy for my wife and I! 10/10

She did good, but there were some things that I was disappointed in. Several times she almost dropped the ball, didn't always communicate well, and almost made a big mistake! Overall, she landed the deal and did what she was supposed to do.

We only interacted with Jorge a little but he was professional and we purchased the first house he showed us.

Christy was amazing, shopped around a few properties and finally settled on a condo that we immediately fell in love with. The process making an offer and accepting was super smooth. There were a few things that happened that extended the closing date and each time she sent over addendums so we didn't fall out of contract. She stayed on top of the listing agent to produce everything that was needed to speed the process up. Now we're in our first home, can't thank you enough!

Felicia Johnson and her husband Greg Johnson make a great team, they helped us find and purchase the home we wanted even in this crazy market using a VA loan. We went to several showings and we’re able to narrow our choices down to one. They had no problem driving hours all around the DFW area with my wife and I. I’m truly thankful for Veterans United pairing us up with our agent”s”!!

Chelsea was unbelievably in making my loan effort a success, considering she had, on several occasions, go beyond her job performance when I asked her for things that were outside of her boundaries. She and her colleagues deserve a metal.
Give yourself a raise Chelsea and take the rest of the day off.

Forrest is an experienced agent. He has excellent acumen with home construction and build quality. He will always look out for the best interest of his client. He’s sharp and who you want in the drivers seat when things get tough. I would recommend him to my dearest friends.

I would HIGHLY recommend Chonta Clemmons as a real estate agent to anyone, buying or selling. Not only did she do exactly what she said she would do but went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect house. She will always be our realtor.

Rachael was willing to go out of her way to ensure I found the right home for me, and when I found a home with a personal friend. She worked hard to facilitate the buying process for both of us and made sure it was a great deal on both ends.
