Bonnie King from Rincon, Ga. ReMax - What a legend. She called me up the first day Blake Crutchfield sent me my loan approval letter. She took the time and listened to our "Nice to Have's" and our "Needs". She did all of this over the phone as well because I was still stationed across the country at the time. This better gave her an understanding on the direction we wanted to go. Then as soon as we were able to arrive in town and start shopping in person, she made it so smooth. She was there at all times of the day when we had a question (sometimes I may have sent her a message a little late in the evening) and she answered with excitement to help us. I would Highly Highly Highly recommend Ms. Bonnie to anyone. Her knowledge of the area and just the kind person that she is made it so relaxing to work with her. And Ms. Bonnie if you are reading this; thank you so much for giving me and my family the best experience and the best jump start to the neighborhood. My first day meeting my realtor Liliana Barraza in person was great.
We looked at a few homes 🏡 which didn't pan out to my expectation.
So we stop by Starbucks had refreshing drinks and went over/exactly what I was looking for in a home/neighborhood that end I'll day.
Second day, Liliana had did research over night and within several hours after visiting/viewing I found my new home.🏡
Liliana is the best!!!

Amazing Jennifer really came to my aid when I was stressing and informed me of everything that was going on and talked me through all information to keep everyone in the same page and really went to depths at finding us help for all the documents that were needed she is amazing and sweet thank you Jennifer and Martha!!

Mr. Seth Smith was another outstanding piece in this whole buying process, I really don't think we could have achieved buying this home without his assistance. He was more than a Real Estate Agent. We have all heard the stories of Real Estat Agents, some terrible, and some good, but Seth went above and beyond he made us feel at ease, he demonstrated, very high quality of the person he is, I would like to add, I owe him for the psychiatrist services provided (LOL) he sure has the patience and professionalism for the job.
