Overall the agent was great, but I wish there was an app that allowed iPhone users and Android users to do video walk through. Our agent had an iPhone and I have an android, so we ended up buying our house based on photos alone. Our agent was great with talking to us about the house and answering our questions but I do wish I could have done a video walk through.
