Best guy to work with. Was laid back and went at our pace. When we needed to start looking harder, he was immediately on board. I would gladly recommend Jordan Cox as a realtor to other veterans.

For his young age, our real estate agent was surprisingly good at his job and provided the help that we needed to visit houses that we were interested in.
He was also able to lock in our offer for a house and was able to close escrow to purchase the house that we were very interested in.
I would highly recommend his services to other prospective buyers using their VA loan.

Eric was patient with us in a seller's market S we figured out what kind of house we wanted and the location of that house.

Ms. Tina, the realtor who was initially assigned to me, was only available three times a week, and not on the weekends. I decided to go with a different realtor after the second week of Ms. Tina’s unavailability.Marilyn was extremely responsive after my offer was accepted. As a first time home buyer, I think she could have been more attentive and informative on what I needed to do. I had to literally tell her I wouldn’t close if she didn’t schedule a final walkthrough for me . That was when she told me I wouldn’t be able to close because repairs were not complete. Why didn’t she give me that information ahead of time? I closed on my house workout conducting a final walkthrough because Marilyn just didn’t seem to understand it’s importance to me. I showed up to the wrong location because the proper address for signing final documents was not provided. Despite her assistance and attentiveness in the initial phase of my search, I would not recommend her because of the drastic change after the offer was accepted.

She was not responsive with the process and majority of the work was done by me or my mom by contacting the sales agent on site at Dr.Horton. Only times I heard from her was when I mentioned her in email about contacting her instead of me because I felt like I had been doing what she was supposed to do or my mom was supposed to do majority of the times. I felt rushed about the house and she and sales Agent Shayla Shirmans was not really concerned but just to make and get a sale. I would not recommend her or the Sales Agent Shayla Shirmans from Dr. HORTON. I would not recommend a Dr.Horton built home Because of the workmanship on my house was poorly made with the bricks.

There is so much I could Brag about with our realtor, Dana Thompson. As a military family she truly went above and beyond what she had to do. She truly became our voice and made hard things come together. I cant Stress enough how much we recommend Dana for other Military families, she is very knowledgeable on the VA process and supportive the entire time. Even jumping through hoops to get us into the home (viewing, offer, acceptance and beyond!) we now OWN!

Ana was a delight to have on our side to find the home we needed. She listened to what are needs were and always kept that in mind when suggesting properties to us. She was honest and truthful to us when we were bidding on properties. Her positive and charming demeanor kept our hopes up to find our home and the smile she had today when she gave me the keys was priceless. Thank you so much for the many miles and smiles.

Debbie Kelly was the best Relator I could have ever asked for. I might have been a lot to deal with but anytime I needed Debbie she was there no matter what and took care of my needs and made it feel like I was the only person she was dealing with. Debbie has a very special touch when it comes to finding a home and taking care of her customers because I felt like family every time I talked to Debbie.

Geoffery and Kelsey were AWESOME!!! They were a DYNAMIC DUO. Geoffery’s vast knowledge of the the Real Estate industry and years in business coupled with Kelsey’s outgoing personality and attention to detail made the process very easy. But, most of all , their honesty about everything from start to finish took the stress away from me and my family.

There is not enough room here to give Heidi Hampton the kudos she deserves. A true professional in every way and I cannot stress the hard work she did to help me thru this process. She was there for questions, answers and went above and beyond what a "normal" agent would be expected of. Chris Cole knows what I am talking about.

Katherine is an excellent agent and is always quick to help out, doing research on any home we had an interest in, and pointing out any potential issues that may exclude a home from VA eligibility. She was never pushy and made me feel like she truly had my families best interests in mind.

Meagan Miller with Ventis Realty was absolutely great. She would search homes in our price range and was able to answer additional questions about the loan process, what to expect. She also suggested local experts for repairs and services.

My experience was great! Amanda was awesome. She helped me every step of the way. This was my first home buying experience and it went very well. The next time I have to buy or sell in Virginia Beach I will be reaching out to Amanda!
