Rich was ok but he definitely missed some things in the walk through and being as we were not present for any of the walk through and buying this house from another state. There were a lot of stones unturned and things that we would have asked be fixed before taking ownership of the home so it just left a lot to be desired because all we got from him was no it looks great when in reality it wasn’t that great and needed cleaning and many other things done to the house that the previous owners definitely left out of the contract smh at this one will not recommend or use their service again.

Patricia Olson is the best real estate agent in the New Mexico area without a doubt! She has been outstanding and vital in the home selection and closing process. Her home inspector recommendation was incredibly thorough and professional. Joe Escamilla went through the whole house inch by inch to make sure our home was quality and explained all of the identified issues along with fix action recommendations. Both Patricia and Joe were subject matter experts. Thanks again Patricia for your expertise!

Virginia is awesome! She understands where I was coming from especially my requirements in looking for my first home. She made huge adjustments when needed especially with my crazy work hours. She was on top of everything and she made sure that all transactions ran smoothly. She consistently communicated with me and I never felt left behind or in the dark especially in terms of understanding how the process works. We were able to close in less than a month!

Chuck was phenomenal! My wife tends to ask a lot of questions and most of them are not easy. Kerry was by far the best real estate agent I've ever met. He has so much experience with everything especially with his experience as a prior contractor. He answered any questions I had and went out of his way to make sure I was buying a great house. I would recommend him to anyone.
