Struggled with communication in the beginning. My husband felt she didn’t want to answer his questions. She was polite but hard to get ahold of.

Well Matt was a good guy a guess, in my opinion terrible realtor. Maybe it was because we live in Florida And buying a house in North Carolina but he didn’t do much of anything. We told him what we were looking for and he just gave us the mls website and said when you find one you like send it to me. He worked very slow, didn’t advocate for us, it would take days to get answers from him. He seemed to be overbooked, once he were under contract on our new build he didn’t do much of anything. I’m mad he even got a commission, the most he did was send the contract to the builder. We did everything else, he wouldn’t get us answers to our questions so we reached out to the listing agent or the builder themselves. Our close date was supposed to be the 22nd, the title company sent a notary out to us then Matt acted like signed the closing docs late. He told us he was too busy to get our keys from the builders so we sent a family member to get them. This guy just made 9K to do absolutely nothing, if I had an option to not pay this guy I would do that in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Nancy Boggs has been the best real estate agent I have ever used! She made sure that all of my expectations of what I needed in a new home were complete!! She is a top notch agent and if I ever want to buy a new property again, she is the only agent I will use!!

Becky was great! I would never work with another agent again. She's basically on call 24/7 always got back to me in a decent time. Very knowledgeable and professional. She had my best interests and wasn't pushy at all. Becky went above and beyond.
