All agents are brilliant, super helpful. Just to mention a few Renee Taylor who was my Real estate played a splendid role and always kept us on the toe to ensure we always meet the target. Mykene was helpful in connecting us with the resourceful personnel who geared us through the accomplishment of our house purchase. Also, Lani, the loan coordinator working with Brian wasn't too responsive, she couldn't pick up phone calls when called and had to email for any updates about the process. Though Lani played a critical role to ensure all requirements are met, it is important in the future for Lani to be specific on the paperwork required so as to avoid delays. Overall we had a phenomenal experience with Veterans United agents. It only took 33days to get the home closed.

My agent was knowledgeable but overall I was not satisfied- i felt I was not a priority and didn’t have good communication with with him.
It would take a while to get a response from him in several instances and at some point early in my search I just looked for houses on my own and went thru Opendoor to view over 10 homes and the home I purchased.

I was supposed to start looking for places back in September, but never heard from him. I always had to reach out to him and actually lost the opportunity a couple times to look at places due to his lack of response. He informed me that it would be very difficult for me to find a place at the price that I was looking at, which was very discouraging to me. I ended up asking him if he really was trying to help me find a place since I was always the one finding the condos to look at. My sister even mentioned to him that her daughter was going to start looking for places and he never even gave her his card to say have her contact me. I really felt that he didn't really want to deal with someone that wasn't looking for something worth $500,000 or more. I would not use him again as I don't think it was worth the money I received back from Veterans United for using their real estate agent.

Best Real Estate Agent I have met so far. She helped me find the perfect home for my needs and got the right deal through. Im grateful to have her work with me. She took me all around Houston and surrounding areas, was patient enough to see over 30 houses, she would always be honest on her judgement, she wss knowlegeable when inspecting homes for me and She was very understanding and nice when we were setting up deals.She was very knowlegeable of the VA home loan process and she even teach some of the sellers of homes i was interested inof how VA loans work when the sellers agents did not have any experience working with VA loans . That helped us get deals in or at least get considered, when sometimes sellers agents were doubtful of how VA loans worked.It was very nice to meet Thuy and she has a future client with as well as I will refer my friends to her whenever they are looking for a home.I reccomend Mrs Thuy Shipman and her team 11/10.

Our agent Samantha was absolutley wonderful! She listened to what we were looking for and helped find our dream home. We live 60 miles away from the new house and she went above and beyond in her efforts to find our home. She even took the time to do a very detailed video for us so we could look at throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a new home.

Julie Wyland is the absolute best! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She is incredibly knowledgeable of all the real estate legalities that come with a VA loan and just buying a home in general. She was always available to me whenever I had a thought or question I wanted to run by her. We loved her!

Gene Springfield was an absolutely outstanding realtor. There is no other person I would want to work with for home buying. He made himself available almost constantly and never missed a single question or concern from us through the whole process. He provided us with advice and coached us through every step of the journey.

Organized. Responded quickly. He was our eyes and ears for many home visits and gave excellent input about each home based on our needs and wants. He and his daughter video-taped multiple homes for us and did extra walk-throughs and phone calls to make everything flow easily. We are very appreciative!
