Mark definitely has a lot of passion and a clear talent for securing homes for buyers.The miscommunication about the key exchange caused a lot of heartache for me. Within less than 48 hrs of closing, I discovered I would not be allowed to move into my new home upon closing. While it was an option in the agreement, there was no indication to me that the sellers would use this option. However, Mark knew that they needed time and instead of securing that timeline for me, he sent a screenshot of a month old conversation regarding the subject. I had to ask the seller at closing. He also recommended Premier Title Company I experienced issues with miscalculations leading up to and even after closing as I type this survey response.

Unprofessional and arrogant. She made it very uncomfortable to ask any questions, and she was not forthcoming with any information. We're glad to be finished with the home buying process.

Our agent was a winner. After dealing with some agents in other parts of the country that we didn't believe their hearts were in it, our agent worked quickly and kept up the pace when we finally arrived in our destination and hit the ground running. We started our search, selected a home and had our offer accepted in just one week.
