Derek did a great job and showed us a lot of properties. I understand this purchase price for this property was low and his commission was affected by this. In the past 5 real estate purchase, our agents would help us strategize our bids and offers. This was a new market for us and we didn't really know much about it. I would have like Derek to really help us formulate a bid to ensure we get the best deal possible in this very depressed market. He is a very nice laid back agent and I am sure that has to do with his "up to you" approach. Would i use Derek in the future? 100% I would use him again and recommend him to others. I think I would have a more frank conversation with him so we are seeing eye to eye and my needs are 100% met.

Christy made the home search and buying process easy and as stress free as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable on all parts of the process and was available to help at all hours of the day. Any question I had she would answer and if she didn't know she would get back to me as fast as she could. She's an amazing person and I can't give her enough praise.
