Darcy was great! She went above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that came up. Very flexible and adaptable, and was my number one advocate for closing.

Jim lacked communication, we would have to contact him countless times before he would respond to us. We asked him multiple questions over and over again and never got an answer to them. He lacked urgency to complete task & constantly bladed delays on veterans United. I feel that he added a lot of unnecessary stress to our home buying experience.

I saw Lance once during this several month process, and he seemed disorganized. We didn’t receive the exclusivity contract until days after closing. We weren’t told ahead of time who our closing attorneys would be until after they contacted us, and we had told them after they emailed us several times we didn’t know who they were and wouldn’t be sending them any sensitive information until we could confirm with Lance they were indeed our closing attorneys. Perhaps this would be normal for other first time buyers, but we have a lot of experience with realtors, we have spent years trying (and failing) to buy a home in Atlanta’s aggressive market, and are familiar with how an Agent should perform and when we should sign what, and the general steps of the home buying process. He didn’t want to help us renegotiate the contract after the inspection, insisting we were getting such a good deal that we should leave it alone. He was in a rush to close, and went so far as to suggest we close at a Starbucks while I was on call at work, which seemed benign at first, but while I was actually closing (for the first time in my life) taking into consideration the importance of the papers being signed and the explanation and advice of the closing attorney of said papers, it seemed crazy to suggest this could be done at a loud busy Starbucks on a Monday morning while I might have to rush out mid-closing to answer a work issue.

I have worked with realtors to sell and purchase in several states and have at times wondered why I was even needing a realtor as I did most of the work. Not with Crystal Browning. She is worth every single penny of the commission and then some.Responsive, professional, intelligent, and fantastic negotiation skills. Nothing phases her and I could not think of a better real estate professional to help navigate buyers through this market. The most important thing to me is that she was very easy to communicate with and despite her insane schedule, she still makes you feel like your her only client when she is with you or communicating via phone. She has a background in property management and renovations, so her insight is invaluable when evaluating a prospective home.Without Crystal navigating negotiations during the process of the home purchase and required repairs, this sale would not have happened.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Stacy is. She definitely went above and beyond what would be expected of a relator. I worked with Stacy while I was assigned to an overseas base. Stacy alleviated the stress associated with the process of purchasing our home while in a different country. Stacy’s friendly, outgoing & professional. She definitely has her clients back & will surpass any expectations one would have for a relator.

Miss Monique Edwards was awesome to work with. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. We are so grateful Veterans United paired us with Miss Monique. Monique's knowledge of Real Estate is on a very HIGH level. She provides outstanding customer service; she is very professional and keeps a cool demeanor all the time.
