Eric did not find a house for us to look at. The houses that he sent for me to view were already spoken for by the time he sent them. I looked on Realtor.com and found the houses that were just hours on the market. With a hot market you have to stay ahead of the rest or you won't find anything to purchase. I would never use him again. His assistant Hannah Day was much easier to deal with and not too busy. You

Sometimes I forgot we even had a real estate agent. I think she messaged us one time on her own after we put the holding money in on the house. The only other time we talked to her was when we tried to find out about closing date because we were told it would be June before completion and all we got in return was oh well is it cheaper to just break your lease then rent? No real explanation of the process on the house from her or the sales agent who we never heard from again either with dr Horton who she made us use when we asked about another lady that we really liked. That Situation just seemed very we don’t care we made our money maybe we’ll see ya around (which we didn’t). It’s not our first rodeo and they made it a pretty underwhelming experience honestly.

Absolutely sucked. Was for the seller and not the buyer. Had to remind her who she was work for.

Karen Walls - Real Estate Agent
Karen Walls is an exceptional Real Estate Agent! She was completely awesome in guiding me through the home search process. She completely understood the needs of my family and found us a house that we now call home.It was to my dismay to find out that a V.A. backed loan is difficult to utilize in the current real estate market when conventional loans and cash may be preferred for various seller reasons. However, Karen Walls is an expert at knowing how V.A. backed loans operates and understands the needs of veterans. She was able to communicate to her counterpart the specifics of V.A. backed loans to settle the sellers concerns and get the deal closed.I highly recommend Karen Walls for real estate needs in general and for veterans specifically.

John Monticello of CT Remax was an absolute pleasure to work with. John listened to my requirements for a home, and provided suggested properties for me to review. When showing me potential properties, John pointed out things that I never considered in regard to home maintenance issues to look out for, items to be aware of that may not meet V.A. standards, Connecticut real estate regulations, etc. John scheduled viewings as conveniently as possible to meet my schedule's demands. And anytime I reached out to John, he responded right away.
