Terry and Dave from Coldwell Banker were absolutely stellar. They took all of our calls and texts and emails at all hours and days, and, they were patient with us as we navigated this very tough market with homes figuratively flying off the shelves as soon as they hit MLS. To complicate things, we were very anxious to get into a house as we had moved across the country in a motorhome with our 5 pets. To accommodate us being a 3 hr drive away, they also provided us with video walkthroughs as they showed us each of the properties. The process, at times, felt a bit demoralizing when our offers were not accepted the first several times, or, when a home inspection turned up too many issues on a property we initially liked. Luckily, after about two months we found the perfect home which felt like it had been "waiting" just for us because it checked all of our boxes. Thanks to Terry and Dave, the buying process was as smooth as it could be. We are grateful to them beyond measure.

My agent in the Vancouver, Washington area, Sonya Mckinney was the best agent I could ask for. We literally bought the house while living in another state so we had to totally rely on her for everything. She always answered phones and even steered us away from a house that we were interested in. That’s usually not the case. Normally agents want to sell you a house and move on the next client. She had our best interests in mind no matter how long it took to find the right house for my family of 5 plus animals. Through her we found what I would consider a great value even with these over inflated house prices. If you are moving to Vancouver, Washington, I would highly recommend her. Five stars.

I saw Norman Smith more often than I have seen many family members. He was always there for me. 24/7. He did not turn down any requests and I know, being a first time home buyer, that I drove him crazy! Norman taught me a lot and I valued his opinions because I know he had my best interest in mind. I know I would not have done this without him.

Kendrick Eady is the best. The man goes out of his way to help you find the house your looking for. He is active as your agent at all hours of the night. He’s more of a helpful friend than a real estate agent. Kendrick was there for me AFTER I bought the property and has a major plumbing flood.
