Everything was great, but I was a little sad that on closing day my realtor never even showed up to show me my new home.

The agents were good, it's just the times of availability I didn't like. There were some areas that could have been worked out in my benefit but they dropped the ball in my opinion.

We felt that she was not very helpful when finding home to look at. We found almost all the homes we looked at ourselves.

Johnny was the absolute perfect realtor for us! He was always available, prompt with his responses, and very professional. He was patient with us in a very difficult market to navigate. He gave is a great deal of his time to show us multiple houses all through video because we were over a thousand miles away in a different time zone! He worked with our very difficult schedules, never seemed flustered or frustrated, and ultimately got us EXACTLY the type of home we were wanting! He seems genuinely excited for us throughout the acceptance and the loan process. He even went above and beyond recommending inspectors, plumbers, etc. to make sure we felt comfortable buying a home we have never even seen. We trusted him wholly in this process and that was extremely important for us. I would recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a home in a competitive market.

I had the pleasure of working with two agents: Betsy Hill and Eric Callahan. Betsy Hill is an honest, compassionate agent who was always available to answer questions and provided exceptional education. She cares about her clients and I know so much more about real estate because of her.Eric Callahan was a wonder to work with because he knew the market like the back of his hand. We had an offer accepted in less than 48 hours in such a competitive market. Eric has a different skill set that a lot of agents do not have: he has a background and construction and explains the home's layout during walkthroughs. I felt confident working with him and could not recommend a better agent.

The level of professionalism and the ability to multi-task, dual hat as our Realtor and at times the sellers Realtor while representing other clients is an indication of the level of intelligence and experience. In the beginning I didn't understand the whole process but Larry also helped us trying to get an agent from the VA and Natalie session was our agent who was assigned she was very helpful and guide us through every process and explain how the VA works what they look for and what we had to look for she was very helpful and no problems was very pleased

Colleen Lucky is awesome to work with and a real trooper. She stuck with us through our wild ride of looking at homes and the craziness of the one we purchased. I will ask for her again when I buy my next home.

Jennifer Showalter is amazing. In this hard market she never waivered. She helped push us through many offers that were outbid. We were able to lean on her and that helped us get into our new home
