If 0 was a rating I would rate my real estate agent. To start, My real estate agent was severely lacking communication, would text and call with no response for multiple hours and days. Was late both times when trying to look at the house, the final time we did a walk though she said someone would be there at 4:30pm to open the door because she couldn’t make it, the person never came. around 5:10pm we ended up finding the builder to let us in. While doing Title work, I tried calling multiple times to ask a question about time frame when we could move in, and she never responded. I would never in a million years recommend her to anyone.-my co-worker had just bought a house, and she was their realtor, and she was just as bad for them as she was me.

Carol was, by far, the equal sign in this equation. Without all of her hard work and smart thinking, who knows what kind of agent we would have ended up with, and the house we would call our own. She helped us brainstorm to battle the wicked market and we jointly slayed the dragon: without Carol James, the castle of our dreams would be in another land, and we cannot ever repay her heart-led and wise contributions. My family hopes that she gets her own kingdom soon, as she is deserving of 10 castles.

David Piche is a great real estate agent. It was my first time buying a home and he was so patient with me and family during the process. He made sure I was able to see the properties during the time I wanted to and ge was present throughout. He is very knowledgeable and gave me advices/recommendations as a first-time home buyer. He is easy to reach out and very communicative during the process. Thank you David for making this experience amazing for me and my family!

Tammy Philpot was the greatest real estate agent that I have ever met since the late 70's. She was well prepared with information on what to expect and how the process would evolve in the different stages. Jena Mable was a valuable assistant to Tammy answering any question or checking up on me at different times.

Shellie Keever, of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, went above and beyond what a realtor should do. She kept us informed, answered every question we had and always returned our constant phone calls. She stayed with us for the entire year & 7 months of our building a new home. Couldn’t have been happier!

Liz was awesome. She made it a personal experience. Helped me figure out what all was going on and walked me through the process. She made herself available for showing on short notice as well as anything that had to do with the current home.

She was very helpful through the whole process. We didn't feel pushed to put in offers or settle for a house. She was very understanding when we pulled on our first offer and didn't seem to mind at all that we had to start all over.
