Unfortunately, we weren't too pleased with the quality of service that our realtor offered. He may be a decent man, but he lacked proper etiquette and professionalism. One one occasion, for instance, he was quite difficult to reach when trying to visit the home. So we had to work with the listing agent to coordinate. His staff informed him as a result, and he made himself available but noted he had a game he wanted to attend. This led to an uncomfortable meeting, which was made worse when he arrived late.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisette Maestre. I was originally assigned to Miriam Miranda and due to schedule conflicts I worked primarily with Lisette. She is an absolute jewel and taught me a great deal in a short span of time. Also she displayed amazing patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. I am already recommending her as well to other Floridians. She is amazing.
