The local agent barely got out of his chair for his 3%....he was relented to come by to put a lock box on my door....then had a hard time figuring out how to program it....have only send him twice...had few phone conversations....mostly by email or text....and today he wants me to bring my survey to closing at no charge to the buyer.My agent in NC was outstanding!!!!!

Sal was amazing! Sal also gave me all of the expectations and was spot on! Sal I'm also forever in your debt as well. I've heard so many horror stories about buying a house and the only thing that I felt was just the nervousness of waiting (LOL). The process was explained to the T and always asked for questions as well as left an open door to contact if I did have a question
