Greg Unthank and his Team of Professionals were really great! He assigned agent Eric Bedoya to us. I loved how he would go into a house and check all of the major appliances Furnaces roof and etc. And point out problems that have to be addressed right away and future problems. His knowledge of what was excepted by the VA. And through this course we managed to secure a contract and are now home owners, we could not have done it on our own. So I thank them and hold them with my highest gratitude!

William Carroll was amazing. He connected with me and knew my likes. He was a great middle man. What ever question I had he answered. He was very professional and respected my likes and dislikes. Whenever I start to get discouraged (which was a lot😂), he ALWAYS reassure me that we will find me a home before my lease is up. He did an amazing job explaining to me what to look for when walking through a house and taught me a lot along the way. He is an Excellent agent!

Our agents Scott and Lorraine Fields (referred by VU) were excellent. Highly knowledgeable of the area, very communicative, and went above and beyond doing all the little ‘extras’ to make sure the process went smoothly. Anyone looking at homes in Tipton or Shelby Counties in TN would do themselves a favor by contacting them.
