Our real estate agent Dean was incredible to work with. With having salt in the wounds from previous realtors we were pretty hesitant on how things would go with Dean. Instead, everything went very smoothly. Dean got us into the houses so quick we were having to clear schedules for the next day hoping that house would be the one. Dean had explained all the paperwork we needed to complete very thoroughly to us where we did not feel like we were signing something that was going to catch up to us later on. Dean was very quick to answer all the questions we had. Dean is part realtor / part babysitter. Dean was always so quick to jump in and play with our three-year-old while we had taken time to wander a house a bit more to make sure it was just right. And now we got him hooked on Starbucks Frappuccino.

Daphne Anderson was outstanding as well. Early on she was constantly searching for a property she thought we would like and in our price range. She is very good at communicating information that was very helpful in our search and her follow through when we moved forward on this property was great.
If I ever had a question about anything all I had to do was send her a text and she promptly got the answer and responded back.
Definitely one of the best real estate agents I've ever worked with.VU, make sure you keep her as one of your respected agents.V/r,
