The houses the realtor suggested to me was always outside my budget. I found my own home. Realtor was very easy to communicate too in regards to fulfilling the role as an in between person with the housing development.

Athena stuck with us and kept going even when it seemed like we could barely get a bid out before homes were sold. We got to the point we were "throwing darts". As long as houses looked acceptable we would send Athena the address and the amount of our bid and she would just send me back the proposal sight unseen. It was one of these homes that came back to us. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and now a friend.

Rod was awesome from beginning to the end. He never stop searching for homes or lowered his standards of being there for us, even when we could not physically be present. Rod was always very professional and it was a great experience working with him. I would recommend his services to anyone who was thinking to relocate to Texas as we did. Josh Audelo and Josh Bain were a blessing. After being assigned to him from my first realtor it was like we were being sent an angel. Josh put in a lot of work with viewings and being very positive and proactive. A positive attitude was very necessary in todays market. Billy joe was my agent and it was hard to place of if he was against me or with me on some of the repairs and decisions, but in the end I really think he was trying to help me the best that he could and I really do appreciate. But man did the house have a lost of unforeseen damages hope he can help me get the seller to cover some of these cost because they said it was working !

Donna was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the do’s and don’t when searching for a home to buy. She actually went out to properties for me and FaceTime when I was not able to be there. Donna was awesome. I really enjoyed her assisting me through the whole process from searching and coming to the closing table. Great job!😊

My agent Maryanne Jackson is a true professional and I believe she is the best in San Diego. She answered all of my questions, got me into every place I wanted to see and got me the condo that I wanted. She very knowledgeable of the San Diego area and how the VA loan works.
