He was inattentive. He did not keep scheduled appointments. He did not know anything about where the loan process stood. He did not know what the VA Loan requirements were. He did not return phone calls. Frankly, if it were possible, I would not pay him any commission. That is how dissatisfied with him I am.

Noel did an amazing job facilitating our needs! At times we felt like we were sending her too many properties to look at but she was always ready and willing to go check them out and send us videos with detailed walkthroughs! She made searching and purchasing a home from another state a breeze!

She was tenacious when needed and patient with us. She educated us on things that we didn’t know from previous experience. She was very knowledgeable and added was able to get us a good deal. OpenDoor has a bad rep but she handled it with ease.
