Cassie Butler was the most helpful and courageous component of this entire process. She not only answered anytime time but was proactive and standing up for us even before problems came our way. She ending acting as our loan officer in a way getting answers from lawyers and Veterans United. She should be included as a real estate agent option when Veterans United gives recomendations for future customers.

He was extremely helpful in providing walkthroughs over FaceTime, breakdowns of the houses and neighborhoods, and explained the whole process so we could easily understand it. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Once the offer was accepted, it was more difficult to reach him. Some times it was hard to get answers from him. Both my sister-in-law and my daughter were Real estate agents. Sometimes we would ask them about the process. Multiple times, they said that he should do this or he should do that.

It was very tough receiving timely and relevant communication, especially during the critical times of the transaction as we were approaching closing. I imagine having access to your real estate agent for a phone call is part of the deal. Getting my real estate agent on the phone proved more difficult as we neared closing. In my case, we may not close.

Liz was amazing, any question I had she could answer immediately and with no hesitation. Made me feel very safe about my decision.
I would also recommend her. My daughter made an instant connection with her and she treated us like family. She was willing to help anytime and I never felt rushed in the slightest. I don’t see how it could get much better than her. She was very punctual and she earned my trust early on. Any Military member would be lucky to have her by there side.
