Lindsay did a wonderful job, the only constructive criticism I can give to her is, reach out to clients daily, even it there are no updates. Be proactive and push other agents to get clients in gear. Not a negative experience though just wanted to give some constructive criticism. Overall great job, I appreciate you giving up Sundays until we found our home! Also great job on not only pointing out good in potential houses but also the negative.

Susan wasn't the best and definitely wasn't the worst......there were a few times where we were wondering what was going on, left in the dark, and with the original closing date debacle, we were left wondering if this was her first time dealing with a va home loan.

Katryn was amazing! With living in a different country she would work with our times that we all would be up. Knowing that we had a time frame that we were working with Katryn made sure to stay positive and let us know what we were able to do. During each walk through she would show us everything through out the house. At that point she new our likes and wants. Which would help us as we would pick houses out, she would know right away if it was something we would like or not. She was wonderful to work with and couldn’t thank her enough!

Our real estate agent was Mack Elliott. His knowledge of real estate is remarkable. He found our forever home, submitted our bid and negotiated with the seller and closed the deal. There were several bumps along the way to the point we almost lost the home. Macks experience, people skills, and ability to communicate, worked out all the details and sealing the deal. Thanks Mack for all your hard work, we love our new home.
