It seemed like every time I had a question, she gave me an "well, I don't know..." most of the time. Didn't seem very proactive and had to keep on her to follow up with things. For the little bit she did, I could've had someone else in the family that is an agent do it. But she was a very sweet, personable agent.

I didn't know what to expect on the journey to buying my first house. However, Michelle made the entire process FUN. She had my best interest at heart, even after about 20 viewings, and gave me her honest opinion and expert level tips and things to look for. As a fellow veteran, I'd recommended her services to any of my friends and family. As a first-timer, she kept the entire process in terms I could digest and explained the tricky things in detail to increase comfortability. Excellent communication. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND.
