My realtor was shaking at first. As a first time home buyer I think there wasn’t much guidance at first. Leaned on him for advice and such felt as I was being brushed off. Then he turned it around. Started making more of an effort as I explained we are doing this remotely it’s not easy for anyone. David ended up being a realtor that I would recommend again. I was greatly appreciated how he stepped up the last couple days to help.

Allen and Darla Hartvigsen are wonderful. They are also on top of everything. They coordinated all the inspections and all necessary requirements successfully and timely. Due to a big time difference, they made exceptions and gave unselfish time and attention to me. I was well informed during the entire process. That made the whole process easily for me.
