Real estate agent was good until the final walk thru. Found a few things that weren't fixed on the inspection amendment. Buyer real estate agent said they'd take care of it so we close on time. After closing only 1/4 of the work that the agent said would be taken care of got fixed.Real estate agent will tell you what you want to hear so you close on time and they get paid. Didn't stand behind their word and didn't even try to renegotiate if something changed. Real estate agent is a veteran, what a way to treat a fellow veteran. Would not recommend to others.

This is Jeremy C. Haynes. I recently connected Veterans United in my hopes of home ownership. I was immediately connected with Dezmond Perkins. He reached out to me via phone within less than 30 minutes of me contacting Veterans United. We had a pleasant introduction and conversation. He took the time to explain the who, what, why and how about Veterans United as well as his role and responsibilities and provided a thorough explanation of the process.I was not working with a realtor, so Dezmond introduced me to Peri Duncan. Ms. Duncan reached out to me and introduced herself and shared her background and experience in the home buying industry. Peri asked questions of me to best match me with the best possible home, taking in my desired location, price and features of a home most important to me. She made herself available, did her research on properties/builders, areas and incentives. She really fought for me to get the best bang for my buck. And she made sure the seller/builder keep their word. She handled things as if it was, we’re doing the home purchase.Once I selected a home for purchase, I met with Daniel. He walked with me hand and hand through the underwriting process. Daniel kept me well informed of the process and what was needed of me. Dezmond, Peri and Daniel throughout this process keep me well ahead of the game in the communication we all shared! We were all on the same page from Day 1 with one mission to accomplish.It is because of their knowledge, level of expertise and commitment I was able to successfully cruise through this process with little to no hiccups.This Team of Dezmond, Peri and Daniel is AWESOME and AMAZING. They really shined and represented Veterans United well with a service of excellency

Crystal will work with you to make your desires a reality. Crystal is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, {Agent Name} was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Crystal.

Jen was awesome, she made sure that I found the perfect house, there some homes that caught my eye but Jen showed me the bigger picture and why the home wasn't the right one for me, and she was very supportive when I did find the right home and that is why I have the awesome home that I am in now.
