First agent sucked. Second agent was good. Not great 👍 be had better. I didn’t feel she represented me 100% when it came down to the dirty house we were left with. When I first reached out she was more on the sellers side making comments like “well my cleaner doesn’t clean those either” we’re not first time buyers and everyone in this company treated us as such

We were recommended to Kevin thomas by veteran united, we couldn't have gotten luckier. His whole team is on top of it. Highly recommend him if you are looking into the richmond hill/savannah/hinesville area in GA

Awesome. I'm very grateful for all the help that was given. I'm still in awe of everything that was done, but I'm so thankful. I'm glad it was you walking me through this.

Real Estate agent was great and was always available. He was a client first and made sure all my needs was meant. I couldn't asked for a better agent.

Anonymously, the worst realtor you could imagine. He was recommended by Veterans United as a "top realtor in the area"--turns out he has less than a year of experience and more importantly is NOT a top realtor. Here are just some highlights:
-Told my husband and I a home we were extremely interested in was taken off the market without any explanation. This was just a few hours after I got off the phone with the listing agent and knew it definitely WAS on the market. It was located a further drive from the other homes we were looking at that day, so my guess is he said that to dissuade us from wanting to go look at the house. After we clarified that with him, he later told us something to the effect of "oh yeah I guess it was put back on the market".
-Knew essentially nothing about the homes we toured. We knew more about the features, etc than he did
-Blindly sent us random homes to look at without thought of what we were looking for. He often sent homes we said we were not interested in--he sent us one home we physically toured and did not like, and the next day we received an email about that home asked if we would like to tour it
-Sent us and email at the tail end of underwriting, specially addressed to us so it was not a mistake, explaining how we could get pre-approved with a different mortgage lender and gave us the contact of the woman working for that lender
-No negotiation skills whatsoever
-Repeatedly protected the interest of the seller, to include trying to push me to close in the middle of the AM (while working as a physician on the stroke unit at a busy hospital) after I said multiple times it was impossible to do so, because it was in the best interest of the seller's timeline, and trying to dissuade us from doing a final walkthrough because the seller did not have a babysitter and so as not to disturb them
-Our contract had a repairs amendment with multiple items on it. We asked for the receipts of the repairs (as per the amendment) numerous times. He did not furnish it until the day before close, which was a holiday, despite the fact the repairs had been done weeks before. He only furnished us with the receipts because we kept asking, otherwise I'm sure he would've forgotten.
-Odd social/communication skills. He frequently had a sarcastic laugh inappropriate to the context of the conversation. This was ok at first but when you have something unfortunate going on (i.e. when we found out the sellers did not come through with some repairs on the amendment and we may have had to push our closing back), you should not be sarcastically laughing about it
-Overall poor communication skills and not a proactive person. I honestly feel real estate is just not for him. I hate to be this up front but I am hoping to protect another first time homeowner from experiencing what we went through. Please do not recommend him again.

Terrance was an amazing agent as well as welcoming throughout the buying process. He definitely lightened the load for me throughout the transaction and I'm happy to now call him a friend!
