Kayla was awesome. We immediately put her in a difficult situation as the distance of our move made several factors difficult to complete or verify in person. We were relying heavily on her experience in the area to vet the no go's and gotcha's. She was watching out for us even when I didn't know she was; She was honest and up front with the sellers that I was utilizing my VA loan and that if repairs were needed that they would stick with the process or we wouldn't start it. She masterfully negotiated on my behalf and gave superior advice, especially since the repairs required were so extensive. I have to say, I thought the sellers were going to walk away, but she got the repairs included/done. She also kept in communications with me even though she was on vacation, that is above and beyond, period!!!!!

Deena is amazing! I just love her, she's personable, reliable, and always there to answer questions. Bless her heart she practically held my hand through the process lol. There isn't another real estate agent I'd rather work with, she easily became a friend through the whole ordeal, with her realistic yet positive outlook and her knowledge on VA loans she put a lot of my nerves at ease and made the experience nothing less than an adventure!

He was incredible! Not only did was he able to get me a tour of my new house last minute, but he also was quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. I always felt like he was in my court and had my back. He also gave me a great list of resources for home maintenance/renovation's.

Chad was awesome! I had so much anxiety, I must say he dealt with it very well. He understood that I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t quite understand the process, so he ensured he took the time to educate me on what I needed to know and important things to look for!

Any hickups we had he handled almost immediately even though he went on vacation in a different country.
