She was very kind and helpful. She had a somewhat large number of real life events happen that prevented her from being able to be physically present at certain events, like my actual closing. She made sure someone was there as a replacement however, so not a big issue.

Eric was fine enough to talk to, but it seemed that he had a few too many things on his plate as he was frequently late to meetings. Usually just a few minutes, with one exaggerated instance of nearly 30 mins. We found his communication lacking, and a few of his comments I would categorize as "sleazy used car salesman" examples being trying to rush us to put an offer in, encourage us NOT to ask for repairs because "the other offer is really good"

Victoria Rubio was the best first real estate agent I’ve ever had! She was quick in answering my questions, and guided me throughout the entire process of buying a home, she went with me to every house I selected to browse, and she was absolutely amazing, I will definitely recommend her to anybody, especially as a first time homebuyer.

My realtor was outstanding! She would message me anytime we would both get an email to make sure I received it and was on top of it. I received nothing but kindness and helpfulness from her and would highly recommend her to anyone. She always worked around my schedule to make sure I wasn’t stressing about time.
