Realtor should have checked the home 24 hours prior to us receiving the keys. Realtor should have known the history of the home, example, who was the builder. But overall realtor had a good attitude, positive mindframe, and very motivated.

there were several things we wanted fixed on the house that never got fixed, i never seemed to get a straight answer and everything was always someone else's problem. On closing day we couldn't get a hold of him, and there was a lot of confusing and extra stress.

Allison was exactly what we needed. She was conscious of our needs and our wants, was accommodating to my disabilities, and didn't seem to mind my tendency to chatter. When we had questions or concerns she was very knowledgeable and good about getting answers if she didn't have them.

Marlowe was a very nice person and clearly invested in his clients. He only did not get a 10 because sometimes I had to double text him/call him after not hearing a response for a little while. But he always answered after reaching out the second time.
