He needs to put more thought into writing a contract with addendums. I ended up having to pay for repairs that will cost me thousands of dollars going forward.

Bridget was kind, but she was not the most helpful. She sent me documents but did not guide me through the process and she had me sign away my opportunity to complete a home inspection. She also misled me to believe that the inspection would go along with the appraisal and I feel that because of my age and situation she took advantage of my naivety in buying a home. Each time that I asked about an inspection she told me the VA does their own and kept dismissing me, and never fully told me that I had signed away my opportunity for a home inspection, leading me to think she was hoping I would not notice. She is kind but I did not appreciate receiving documents and being rushed to sign them rather than her explaining what exactly I was signing, as a first time home buyer.

Al was the best agent we could have asked for he was very willing to go out of his way to help. From staying up till 1am to answer our many questions on paperwork to knocking on doors for us last minute to get us a showing after a long day of many other showings. He was very friendly and always picked up the phone whenever we called no matter the time of day. He also kept us up to date on where our process was at and what our next steps were. Overall I don’t think we could have asked for a better agent and I don’t think our process would have gone as smoothly as it did. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did for us.
