Friendly and easy to contact. Wasn't the best with estimates or negotiating.

The agent lacked effective communication skills. He would respond up to 24 hours later with short undescriptive text. He also left many questions unanswered stating," I'll handle it." Rather than giving a straight forward answer. Once closing came closer and we were waiting for repairs, he stated, " I would need to trust him." He wanted me to sign off the work before it was complete. However, given all these flaws everything I requested was taken care of.

John went above and beyond what I ever could expect . He was willing to go and explore any crazy option I found. Even the ones he knew were never going to work. He explained to me each step of the way so I was prepared for what was next. He went to bat for me to get the house I wanted. I honestly feel like I’ve made a friend in this process and I will be referring him and using him on any future purchases. He’s passionate about what he does and it shows!
