She had only one objective to make money for herself, the house is more in repair than stated, don't do a home inspection, give them extra so they pay the closing costs, house was flipped and the seller made twice his purchase price, light switches painted over kitchen sink inoperable

Sherry was a godsend from the moment was had our first phone call. She wasn't my choice, nor was she my first agent assigned when I chose Veteran's United to take on my home building extravaganza. Funny enough, not all real estate agent are 'compatible' with their clients. But when I was connected with Sherry, her patient and optimistic attitude combined with a comprehensive knowledge of her craft made her the EXAMPLE of what a real estate agent should aspire to be. For more than a year, Sherry was with me through the frustration in delays, the questions about costs, and the irritation with paperwork. I tried to say thank you as often as I could but it will never be enough to express how grateful I am that she was by my side for every step of the journey. I couldn't have gotten here without her and now that I am, I hope she knows that she made a friend with a plate of cookies, brownies, and sweet bread whenever she wants to stop over. My real estate agent, Michael Scott, is the best of the best!!! He made me feel like I was his only client. He went above and beyond on my behalf. He readily made himself available to me at any time whenever I had a question or wanted to view a home. There was a lot that I didn't know about the home buying process and he helped me understand. He shared additional helpful hints/tips that would benefit me. He also exhibited a lot of patience with me. I didn't feel rushed, pressured and he listened to me. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with him as if we had known each other for a long time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone on this journey and look him up if I need any more assistance with home buying/selling.

I was assigned Jenny and she was amazing. They assisted me and finding what I was looking for. I told them what I was looking for and they made it happen. They didn’t take me on random visits just to try and sell me a home. And wouldn’t you know it after looking at 3 places I purchased the first home we went to. And she with her great negotiating skills brokered a great deal for me. You guys have a great partnership working with you.

Chelsea did an outstanding job getting me to closing. My one regret is that we didn’t discuss our initial offer amount prior to making it. And I didn’t do my due diligence on the property prior to making this offer. I would have offered less as an initial offer.
