Amanda did her job but was a very "passive" agent with very little critical input that was needed. I wanted a bulldog in the home buying fight, but instead I got a poodle. Your agent is your only liaison and you need to rely on their input on everything--what things to ask the seller to do and pay for, etc. We had a terrible experience with the sellers leaving the home cleanliness in complete unacceptable standards. Michele and I are not happy about this part of the experience and we attempted to resolve it with her and the sellers agent with no resolve.
