I feel as if Chad didn’t do everything right to favor his client but instead it felt like he did it only for commission. The home inspector that was hired failed to identify the the water in the refrigerator wasn’t hooked up, there was no coaxial cable outlet to allow for internet , the hot water line for the washer leaks when turned on and Chad broke one of my outlets during final walk through by testing it and didn’t offer repairs but instead insisted it’s an easy fix me to do it myself. Overall I am unhappy with the process that happened.

Teresa made absolutely sure that she understood what we wanted, and she was able to come up with a big list of houses for us to see. She overcame obstacles like they were a breeze. She talked to us about each house we saw and offered unbiased information that allowed us to make a more educated decision.
Teresa was extremely kind to my wife and I appreciate that so much. I know that it’s her job to sell houses, and that’s exactly what she did, but she did it with grace and skill. I would absolutely go to her before I even thought about going to another agent, no matter how highly the other one was recommended.
