This was our first time buying a house, so it was a little difficult to know what was standard or not. There were certainly some concerns that we verified with family friends that are also realtors at one point we are in a house and my fiancé. Said oh this hot water heater is 10 years old and she asked if that was a good thing. We did not know that her commission was negotiable. There really was no negotiation on the house that we bought. Communication was a little confusing but overall, we got the house that we wanted.

Lynn Wilkenson is VERY knowledgable about the difference between the "regular" bank and VA loan processes (there are some differences) and that was beyond helpful. She was kind, patient, and it was obvious her goal was not to push or sell just any home....she wanted to sell the right home for the veteran's needs and wants. She made herself available for questions and concerns and her follow-up was excellent. We never felt lost or abandoned with Lynn by our side. Highly recommend.

Jennifer was one of the sweetest and hardest working people Ive met in a long time. She was very knowledgable with everything, and went above and beyond to be there for me and my wife through this process. The real estate agent that Veterans United paired us with was phenomenal! We could not have picked a better agent if we had tried! Ivey was in our corner helping communicate to all the various parties throughout this whole process, she is amazing and a true God send! Could not have gotten through this without her!

Jon was so helpful in helping me virtually see the house while I was away in training. He gave me his honest opinion about things and kept me updated every step of the way with the inspections and purchasing process. He was a great communicator and made the process feel very easy for me.
