Although she has heart, decisions taken throughout the process was poor. Terrible at negotiating, pushy, and allowing seller's agent "forge" a second contract. Not to mention not offering what was agreed upon and letting us know at the nick of time that we had to pay 3000 closing costs which was not what it shows on the contract signed. Never again.
