He was nice and knowledgeable, however once under contract he just disappeared even when having questions.

The realtor failed to mention the home smells like dog feces and urine. The odor is so foul we cannot stay in any of the 3 bedrooms still to this day. We depended on her to give us this type of information since we could not see the home in person. Also failed to have the owner remove all items, and clean the premises after vacating the home. The realtor did not inform us that no attempt was made to clean the home until after closing and gifted us $250 to compensate for cleaning costs. This is really a slap in the face by both the realtor and the owner considering we agreed to move the closing date out at their request and the home was left the way it was.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Felisha Furgeson. I cannot recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, Felisha's attention to detail and commitment to helping me find the perfect property was simply outstanding.Throughout the entire process, Felisha was always available to answer my questions and provide me with updates on the status of my search. Her communication skills were second to none, and I never felt left in the dark or uncertain about what was happening. She was always clear and concise in her explanations and always made sure I understood everything.What really stood out to me, however, was Felisha's compassionate approach. She took the time to understand my unique needs and desires and worked tirelessly to meet those needs. She was patient and supportive, never pressuring me into making a decision before I was ready. Her kindness and empathy made the entire process much less stressful and much more enjoyable.Overall, I would give Felisha a perfect 10 out of 10 ratings.
