Certain ethical issues came up when dealing with Courtney, his ethics came into question, lied and Misrepresented. We believe he started working to raise a profit vs working for us. Asked for the mirror image duty for written affirmation about offers/counter offers which were disregarded.

Craig Blake was amazing. He is without exception the finest real estate broker we have ever worked with. The fact that we were living in Florida and buying a house in Ohio required a broker who was inherently familiar with all facets of the real estate business, Craig was perfectly suited to handle the delicate nuances of our situation, including our long distance closing. If I could give her a 15....I would.Teresa was an amazing agent to work with and couldn't imagine anyone being a better agent than she is. Luis was my agent from ReMax and he was very helpful. Would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a home. He has told me that Veterans has not been very communicative with him. He established a good relationship with Tom and then all of a sudden he vanished and only his team mates would talk to him.

David was an underperformed but Jackie held it together for him even while she was having massive amounts of surgery in the hospital. Jackie is a great asset to your company. I pretty much just worked with Jackie and included David just for inclusiveness so they didn't feel left out.

Chris was above and beyond with his job. He answered questions immediately and was pretty knowledgeable about the area. Since we were still in quarantine, he even drove two hours to drop off our closing documents and deliver our keys!

The first real estate agent never responded to me. The second agent Laurie. She is amazing she worked very hard for me. Dealt with a difficult selling agent or two very well. She was right beside me through the whole process.
