I would not recommend Mike McDermott for a virtual sale. Nice person but didn’t provide a proper showings with FaceTime and give a honest assessment of property condition. Our home has so many cosmetic issues and the carpet is as old as the home. Like I said nice guy but didn’t want to fight for a lower price. I’m not happy with him.

My real estate agent, Kenny Tanner, worked with me side by side all the way to the completion of my purchase and then some, as he often calls on me to check on me and to see how things are going, or if I need anything even though the sale has been completed.Would definitely recommend him and his team to others, as well.

Renee was so much help! I live in another state and she went out and did videos of homes for me. She was wonderful. I love that she remembered that we had a small dog. she checked to make sure he could not get out of back yards. That was so important to me. I would use her again if I needed to but another home.
