I have many questions as to the role a real estate agent plays with VU. I didn’t even get a congratulations card after closing. If I didn’t call my real estate agent I would have never heard from him.

Victoria Holmes is the best realtor I have ever met. You can tell she cares about her clients and she is always one call away and she answers every time!The realtor we were paired with in El Paso, Texas that we ended up not needing to use was an absolute nightmare and even though we didn't use her to buy our home she left us during our showings appointment to see homes alone, she never answered our emails or texts, and I'd give her 0/10 and I hope VU never lets her work with the company again. Her name is Jacqueline Rodriguez.
