He was really nice and worked with us but he expected us to go with his insurance guy even though the insurance guy never returned our calls and three weeks later shows up. No. The real estate guy tried to sneak stuff in a the last minute. I would not recommend him.

Sam always ready to go show us a house, look into one if we wanted. When we saw the one we bought it was pending then not and he stayed on it like a hound on a fresh trail and we got our house!
