Hanna's communication skills in text format needs some work. She tends to over use the exclamation mark, and at times does not even use punctuation marks, making it hard to read at times.

Never do video visits when buying a house, you don't get the full disclosure of defects in the property. Walkthrough day before closing is not enough time. When you rely on your agent to be your eyes when you are out of town, is a bad idea. Never rush a closing, you lose in the long run.

Mrs.Mary was amazing! She promised me when we first met that she would find me a home that I would be happy with and she definitely fulfilled her promise. She was there to walk homes with me after work during the week and first thing in the morning on the weekends. I will definitely recommend her to anybody I know who is interested in buying a home. If I ever want to buy another home, I know who to pick up the and call. Definitely couldn’t have done it without her.

Jerry Rule is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with, not to mention one of the most personable and caring professionals we have met. He was attuned to our needs and expectations and shared every home walk through experience with us as personally as if he were buying his own home. We are very grateful for him helping make our home buying experience informative and less stressful with his knowledge and expertise.

Anna Purvis was absolutely fantastic. She had my best interest at heart. Recommended against buying an inferior house. Then the next day showed me a house in a much better neighborhood that was what I was looking for. Would suggest Anna to anyone.
