I think it was a Jennifer Smith who was listed as my agent but I only received 1 or 2 emails from her. I dealt with a Mrs. Aquia who did a very good job. Jennifer was described as Aquia's boss or listing agent. It would've been nice if she would've introduced herself and told me who was going to work with me.

We felt as if she was working with the sellers realtor to not sell the property we bought. She did not help us locate a house, lied to try to make us pay for things & services we were not supposed to. She later tried to get us to sign papers & pay for things that would cause the contract to be canced. I had to verify anything and everything Dana Kelly told us even her email address.

Terra Hughett is by far the best person I have ever met! Not only did she help me find the perfect home but she also helped me get set up. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the process to ensure that I was financially safe and extremely happy with my home buying experience. I don't think there is a relator out there that cares more for the people she works with and I would recommend her to others 10 out of 10 times if asked who to go to for help buying a house.
