Many issues with realtor through process. Timeliness was biggest issue when looking at houses. Then came to a bigger issue when attempting final walkthrough and being yelled at for calling out an issue. Would not recommend realtor or use a realtor from Veterans United if there is a next time.

Brad is the best agent out there! From his in depth knowledge of the market, to his up front and honest opinions about options to ensure the buying and selling went off with no issues was beyond compare. If I were purchasing a home again, I would definitely seek out Brad. He has my highest recommendation as an agent. Up front, no bull! Exactly what is needed in todays market, especially when navigating the waters of a contingent sale.

She was very knowledgeable and a true asset in answering any questions concerning the building of our home. She made my husband and I feel like she was truly concerned that everything was done properly. I am so thankful that she was our real estate agent.
