Pam was very friendly but did not meet our needs in buying our home. There were specifics that we were very clear about in negotiating- such as the seller correcting any and all repairs found by the inspector and obtaining a land survey prior to closing- that were not met. When these concerns, and more, were brought up to our real estate agent, she downplayed our distress and brushed them off with vague statements and lacked followthrough. Furthermore, we did not feel there was adequate communication from the real estate agent and we had to check in multiple times to inquire about an update. She even told us we set the closing date when the seller stated they needed an extended closing time, only to rescind that statement after everything was set in motion to buy this home. We asked about looking at other homes since we were having difficulty obtaining a land survey and other items of concern, and we were given a very intimidating speech about lawsuits and expensive fees after discovering the discrepancies. This was not our first time buying a home and we were greatly disappointed in the service provided by this real estate agent. We now have a home that still needs a land survey costing hundreds of dollars when it should have been included with the information on this home. We would not recommend mrs. Pope to your future clients.

The sellers realtor was the only reason I signed the papers at the end of the day. My realtor was pushy and inpatient for me to find a house. When texting my concerns she was short and condescending. During the final walk though she bad the sellers realtor present which made it seem like I was being pressured even more. She gave me the keys prior to the contact date because “I don’t think our schedules will line up”.The house was a mess after multiple promises it would be clean and left over junk was everywhere. When I messaged her to let her know she said sell it on Facebook market.

I hate that I have to even rate someone this low, but our agent was far from outstanding. We used her because she came recommended from Veterans United. For starters, her communication was horrible. At the beginning it was ok, but once all the initial paperwork was completed, that was it for about a month and a half or so. She was very slow to respond to messages, or even get a response from at points. This was on both our end and from what I understood on VU's side as well.My wife and I unfortunately had never even met her. She did not show to the final walk through or the closing. I feel like she made one of the easiest commission checks of her realty career, for the lack of work she did.

Extreme lack of communication, my wife and I had to do most of the digging and leg work to close on the home. It appeared as if she was inexperienced and too busy with other things causing her to be less attentive to her clients (my wife and I)
